The more you share with your therapist the better your service can be customized for your enjoyment. It is important to let your therapist know if you have any of the following:
Recent or Current Injuries including Strains, Sprains, Broken Bones or Bruises, etc.
Old Injuries that limit your mobility or range of motion.
Chronic Conditions such as Frozen Shoulder, Knee Injuries, Whip Lash, Spinal Injuries/Conditions, Migranes, TMJ Disorder
Artificial Replacements: Metal Plates, Rods, Screws, Knee, Hip, or Shoulder Replacents, Pace Makers, etc.
Do you require any props/pillows/supports to make laying on the table either face up or face down more comfotable?
Surgery (of any kind) or Cancer Treatment in the last year?
Do you have any conditions that require any extra physical assistance either from your service provider or a third party?
Skin Allergies, such as, but not limited to: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Nuts, Citrus, Peppermint, Etc.
Any Open Wounds/Contagious Skin Exposures: Cuts, Scrapes, Burns, Fresh Tattoos, Rashes, Poison Ivy, Jellyfish Sting, Fire Coral, Ringworm, etc. It is reccommended to cover these areas with a bandage and avoid massaging in that area.
Are their any areas that should not be touched during your session for any reason? Common Areas are Scalp/Hair, Face, Glutes, Feet
What level of pressure you are looking for? Light, Medium, Firm
