All Services require an advance booking. The easiest way to book is through this website on the Services page, which directs you to our Square Appointments Booking Site. You can book through The Square Go App. You can also Text, Call or Email if you need further assistance. We are unable to respond at all hours of the day while in services with other guests. Please be patient and we will get back to you at the earliest convenience. Online Bookings may be made up to 60 days in advance. If you don't see the time and date you are looking for, other times may be available. Please reach out so we can try and accommodate your request.

Cash is the prefered method of payment but we also accept all major credit cards.

Gratuity is always accepted and greatly appriciated.

Every massage is customized based on your specific needs. My style and pressure is adjusted based on the reaction of your muscles and how you are recieving the bodywork. Many Modalities are incoorporated to accomplish that goal, Including: Myofascial Release, Trigger Point/Accupressure Therapy, Swedish Techniques, Deep Tissue Techniques, with Influences from Lomi Lomi (Rhythmic Rocking/Friction), Table Thai (Isolated Stretching), & Reiki (Energy Work). Please provide as much information as possible regarding your goal for your session to recieve the most Mindful and Intuitive Experience.

The more you share with your therapist the better your service can be customized for your enjoyment. It is important to let your therapist know if you have any of the following:

Recent or Current Injuries including Strains, Sprains, Broken Bones or Bruises, etc.

Old Injuries that limit your mobility or range of motion.

Chronic Conditions such as Frozen Shoulder, Knee Injuries, Whip Lash, Spinal Injuries/Conditions, Migranes, TMJ Disorder

Artificial Replacements: Metal Plates, Rods, Screws, Knee, Hip, or Shoulder Replacents, Pace Makers, etc.

Do you require any props/pillows/supports to make laying on the table either face up or face down more comfotable? 

Surgery (of any kind) or Cancer Treatment in the last year?

Do you have any conditions that require any extra physical assistance either from your service provider or a third party?

Skin Allergies, such as, but not limited to: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Nuts, Citrus, Peppermint, Etc.

Any Open Wounds/Contagious Skin Exposures: Cuts, Scrapes, Burns, Fresh Tattoos, Rashes, Poison Ivy, Jellyfish Sting, Fire Coral, Ringworm, etc. It is reccommended to cover these areas with a bandage and avoid massaging in that area.

Are their any areas that should not be touched during your session for any reason? Common Areas are Scalp/Hair, Face, Glutes, Feet

What level of pressure you are looking for? Light, Medium, Firm

You should always undress to your comfort level. This is different for everyone. You will be modestly draped at all times.

It's also recommended that you remove any dangling jewerly such as necklaces, watches, bracelets, anklets, & large earings.

Please let your esthetician know if you have any known allergies or reactions to any products or ingredients, if you have sensitive skin, and about your current skin care routine. 

Gift Certificates are available during certain times of the year on a limited basis. However, Locals may prepay for a service for a loved one, up to one week prior of their scheduled appointment.

Out of respect and courtesy to your service provider, If you have been sick within 5 days of your appointment, please reschedule once all of your symptoms are completely cleared up so that we can keep a healthy staff and sanitized environment. We will be happy to reschedule you at a later date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give as much notice as possible to give us the opportunity to refill your spot. 24 Hrs. advance notice is required to avoid a Non-Refundable fee of $50. A $25 Credit will be applied at the completion of a rescheduled appointment made within 2 Weeks. No Shows that do not call to cancel will be charged $100 per service.
